Introducing the Château Mille Roses Margaux 2015 AOC
A great vintage in quantity and quality!
A fairly late bud burst, but ultimately an early flowering and setting, which is faster and more homogeneous.
Deep ruby with top notes of roses and raspberry. Very fine tannins and a medium body with incredible length and depth. Well paired with beef.
About Château Mille Roses
Lying between Château Giscours and Cantemerle, 2 famous Grand Cru Classés, the small, beautiful Château Mille Roses has existed since the 18th century.
David and Sophie, who completely renovated the estate brought the winery back to life in 1999. The Faure family have out-performed many of their more illustrious neighbours, and produce a juicy, beautifully structured dominant Margaux wine.
Today the estate covers 10 hectares and Mille Roses wines are organically certified.
Wine are aged for a full year in oak barrels, 33% in new barrel, with light egg fining at the bottling.
