About Fern Ridge
Fern Ridge‘s vineyards are in the Wairau Valley and Waihopai Valley of the famous Marlborough. Their Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand have created waves over the last 10 to 15 years and are now the benchmark style for Singapore. It is also the dominant variety grown in the New Zealand with about 57% of the vineyards planted with Sauvignon Blanc.
Wines are aged for 5 months, 5% in oak barrels and 95% in stainless steels tanks. With average age of 20 years old vines, very brief maceration for 2-4 weeks. No malolactic fermentation. Resulting a stylish Sauvignon Blanc with a superb richness!
