On 17 Nov 20 (Tue), a special ‘New & Old’ Wine Dinner was held at Sens Sushi & Grill restaurant at Holland Village; starring exquisite neo-classical Japanese cuisine pairing with 6 award-winning boutique wines from New & Old World; including the outstanding Perlage CANAH Prosecco DOCG Superior; delectable Fern Ridge Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough 2019; and the exquisite Chateau Boutisse St Emlion Grand Cru 2016.
Due to Covid 19, the wine tasting event is only limited to no more than 5 pax. All the guests enjoyed the Neo Classical Cuisine created by Master Chef Kent and the six Exquisite award winning wines from Boutique Family vineyards in Australia, Italy, New Zealand and France.
As the Pandemic situation improves, we hope to organise more individual events with small focus groups; and share with more wine lovers and friends.
