Introducing the GEWURZTRAMINER 1ERE 2021 / 2022 AOP

On the nose, the typical notes of Gewurztraminer: spices, rose petals, exotic notes (lychee, mango, …). On the palate, a perfect balance, in a dry style, with minerality, salinity, and a very fine finish.

A perfect match for exotic cuisines (Thai, Chinese, Indian, etc.), for sweet and sour dishes.

Wunsch & Mann, Alsace

The Wunsch and Mann families own the estate that spreads over the hillsides of Wettolsheim. The Mann family has been growing grapes since 1793. In 1948, Joseph Wunsch and Joseph Mann founded the Wunsch et Mann winery. Every year, this winery produces about 200,000 bottles of fine quality wines.

The vineyard covers the area of more than 20 hectares. The grapes come mainly from the villages of Eguisheim, Wettolsheim, Colmar, and Wintzenheim. Since 2008, the vineyard has been using organic farming methods. The wines from Wunsch et Mann have great aromatic finesse and a powerful character.

All grapes used are organic and no insecticides nor fertilizer are used.
