Introducing Churchview Estate Range Cabernet Sauvignon
Churchview Estate Range Cabernet Sauvignon features Cabernet Sauvignon grown on a gravely ridge north facing block.
Their vines are grown with strict organic principles in mind and the purity in the fruit is expressed in the quality and flavour of the wines produced by Churchview Estate.
The Estate Range wines spends 7-10 days on skins for colour stability and fine tannin expression.
This Cabernet Sauvignon Malolactic is matured in French Oak for for 8-10 months. Separate batches of wine are tasted, blended and bottled.
COLOUR Dark red with a ruby hue.
AROMA Ripe plums, blackcurrant and dark fruits that gives way to a touch of sweet spice and an earthy character.
FLAVOUR Rich dark fruits, chocolate and spice express in full and rich palate. Leaving a bold, long and dry rewarding finish.
About Churchview Estate
A 100 hectares award winning vineyard in the heart of Margaret River, the Churchview Estate was established in 1998 by Spike Fokkema who migrated from the Netherlands to Australia in 1950s.
